Gordon is a certified Personal Trainer as well as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. He believes strongly that good physical health has a direct correlation with your mental well being. He has a vast knowledge working with people of all ages.
Gordon has been a fitness enthusiast for many years now and is always striving for his personal best with everything he does. He has completed 4 marathons in the last 3 years (with #5 approaching this fall), countless half marathons, and has even completed a few triathlons. He is constantly in training mode and looking for new routines and exercises to help himself and the clients he works with. He has coached and inspired many to complete their first 5k, 10k and has even encouraged a few right through a marathon.
Gordon welcomes the opportunity to train his clients at all different fitness levels. Whether you are looking to lose weight, get back in shape or train for your first road race, Gordon can help you find your way. He believes the right balance of exercise, diet, work, play and rest can bring improved health and happiness to anyone.

Now in her early 50s, Yvette has been a part of the fitness world for almost 20 years. She spent the first 30 years of her life much like the rest of us; she got married, she had children, she worked long hours all the while wishing that she was in better shape. She wanted to do something about it, but didn´t really think that time permitted in her busy schedule. All of that changed when her mother became ill with high blood pressure and diabetes. As Yvette helplessly watched her mother´s health fail, she realized that she would soon be on the same path if she didn't take control of her own health. She joined a gym and began making healthier lifestyle decisions. She sought out the people around her that were in excellent physical condition and asked there for advice on workouts and nutrition. She read every book and periodical that she could find on weightlifting and health, and through hard work and dedication, as well as a lot of trial and error, she found herself in the best shape of her life. But that was just the beginning for Yvette - she had found her passion. Envisioning even more for herself, she enlisted the personal training skills of world champion power-lifter and bodybuilder, Bev Francis. Under the guidance Of Bev, Yvette entered and won her first bodybuilding contest. Many more trophies followed, as well as Yvette's own personal training certifications. After reaching a level of physical success that she never would have thought possible, it became her mission in life to help others do the same.
Today, Yvette trains both men and women from all walks of life. She sees each client as an individual and takes the time to learn about their lifestyle, their goals, their difficulties and their frustrations and from there, creates a one-of-a-kind fitness and nutrition regimen catered specifically to their needs.
